(1 or 2 poached eggs with sliced ham on an English muffin,
covered with hollandaise sauce)

St-Amour's Breakfast Dish
(2 eggs of your choice, ham, sausages and bacon)

French Toast with Real Maple Syrup
(Your choice of either ham, sausages or bacon)

Gourmet Eggs
(1 or 2 poached eggs with sliced smoked salmon on an open English muffin,
covered with hollandaise sauce)

All of our breakfasts are served with deep-fried potatoes,
beans, small chocolate buns and toast.
Cereal available on request.

Coffee or Tea included. Orange or Grapefruit Juice included.
