The cuisine we are creating at Auberge le St-Amour is not like the typical fare you have had before. We gather our recipe ideas from regional dishes of the greater southwest section of North America including Mexico and combine them with local ingredients and the progressive French cooking style. Our food combines the best attributes of the cuisine of the Southwest and rolls them seamlessly together with the more elegant and refined French gastronomy style, creating the special choices you find in our menu.

Bed and Breakfast

Our delicious breakfast includes a fresh fruit salad covered in English cream, followed by ham, sausages & bacon and your choice of eggs, French toast or eggs Benedict with smoked salmon or ham, croissants, chocolatines, juice and coffee, etc.  On a lovely summer day, breakfast can be served on the terrace.
